SftTree.SetCellEditSelection Method

Sets the position of the selection during cell editing.

This method continues to be used with Internet Explorer as it does not support the new cell editing mechanisms introduced with SftTree/OCX 7.0.

A SftTree object.

iStart

The zero-based starting position of the first selected character of the edit control used for cell editing.  If iStart is 0 and iEnd is -1, all the text in the control is selected.

iEnd

The zero-based ending position, i.e. the position of the first character that is not selected.  If iStart is 0 and iEnd is -1, all the text in the control is selected.

The SetCellEditSelection method sets the position of the selection during cell editing.

The SetCellEditSelection method is only available if cell editing has been started using StartEdit, StartCombo or StartComboEdit and cannot be used if cell editing has been initiated using Cell.Edit.

Use GetCellEditSelection to retrieve the position of the current selection.
